PLAYER NAME: CONTACT: CHARACTER NAME: FIRST CHOICE: SECOND CHOICE: THIRD CHOICE: INCENTIVE TO PLAY: What could the NPC hold over your character's head to force them to compete? This could be a potential gain (if you x, I will give you y) or a potential loss (if you don't do this, I will z)! Even if no incentive will be required, please put something here. It doesn't have to be huge or incredibly detailed!

Things to Consider:
● Characters don't have to fit all of the traits listed! This is just to get a general idea.
● Please be as flexible as you can be. '3'b Some teams are much more popular than others, so I'll probably have to fall back on second and third choices.
● You can request to be with another player or character!
● If I don't feel that I can fulfil one or more of you request for any reason, I'll hit you up.
