DRAMA
[You step into a small room, reasonably comfortable room with plenty of chairs for you to sit on, and the door promptly locks behind you. Everything is decorated in your team colors, with splashes of neutral cream.]
On one wall is a huge, laminated poster bearing your instructions. On the lone table in the middle of the room, you find a tall glass cylinder labelled "Bank"; it contains 15 small orbs in your team color. You also find: four buttons (Hand, Shield, Lunch, Kit) that you can press should you wish to make a purchase; the six cards that are to be your starting hand; and five card-shaped, team-colored slots. Your team color is notably missing.
Everything is utterly indestructible, no matter what you try to do.]

Re: DISCUSSION
[fine he won't hit anything . . . for now]
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
[deep breath] So. These cards.
Re: DISCUSSION
We've got some low ones that we can use. I'd suggest History and Science. [ Spoken bluntly and a little flatly. ]
Re: DISCUSSION
Physical deage and prosopagnosia? . . . beat unconscious isn't bad if someone is . . . quick about it.
Re: DISCUSSION
Those are my preferences, though I wonder if we shouldn't replace deage with beating unconscious anyway.
Re: DISCUSSION
Maybe we can play all three?
Re: DISCUSSION
The reason for my suggestion is because ... you know, if they're smaller, they'd have less of a chance of being able to defend themselves, right? A beating might not have such lasting consequences.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
If we get hit hard in this round, we can play harder ourselves in the next.
Re: DISCUSSION
[he doesn't say anything, because he is fairly sure they're going to get hit hard just because he's here alone]
Re: DISCUSSION
My team lost badly when we played this at the Library.
Re: DISCUSSION
. . . [lightly] Then I guess we're cursed, because Monoceros got hit hard a lot, too.
Re: DISCUSSION
Maybe Kit's luck will cancel ours out.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
If I'm wrong, I'll take responsibility for it.
Re: DISCUSSION
I might say "I told you so", though.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
[well if we're done I'm just going to go find a chair to slump into]
Re: DISCUSSION
Say, Kudo-kun ... in your version of this competition, did you have DIY cards?
Re: DISCUSSION
We had a DIY beat unconscious card. I played it on Jinx.
[ahh, fond memories]
Re: DISCUSSION
How did that go?
Re: DISCUSSION
I hit him in the face with a soccerball.
Re: DISCUSSION
Geez, Kudo-kun!
Re: DISCUSSION
What? He deserved it.
