DRAMA
[You step into a small room, reasonably comfortable room with plenty of chairs for you to sit on, and the door promptly locks behind you. Everything is decorated in your team colors, with splashes of neutral cream.]
On one wall is a huge, laminated poster bearing your instructions. On the lone table in the middle of the room, you find a tall glass cylinder labelled "Bank"; it contains 15 small orbs in your team color. You also find: four buttons (Hand, Shield, Lunch, Kit) that you can press should you wish to make a purchase; the six cards that are to be your starting hand; and five card-shaped, team-colored slots. Your team color is notably missing.
Everything is utterly indestructible, no matter what you try to do.]

Re: DISCUSSION
I was attacked outside of a game.
[do you understand the humor in our cards now]
Re: DISCUSSION
By who?

Re: DISCUSSION
In games like this? They're the ones who go to each team and play out the cards we pick.
Re: DISCUSSION
So, what? Were your gracious hosts too much of a chicken to do it themselves?
Re: DISCUSSION
They just shared the fun.
[said in the most deadpanned tone possible]
Re: DISCUSSION
[wry]

Re: DISCUSSION
Anyway. . . two cards this round? Physical deage and prosopagnosia. History and Science.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
[shrugs]
We can play three cards next round, depending on what happens.
[Because there will certainly be a next round]
Re: DISCUSSION
But like I said, we'll see what happens. I'm fine with two.
Re: DISCUSSION
[Iris and Coral were always shielded from the worst of the damage, after all]
Re: DISCUSSION
Then you're being too optimistic.
Re: DISCUSSION
Rue said that too.
[Slumps against the wall]
Between Coco and I, we have teammates on every team here but History. I don't know for certain what they'll do, but. . .
[shrugs]
Re: DISCUSSION
[he says it mildly; he isn't so lucky] All I know is what it's like to be on the team everyone targeted. So that's how I plan to play.
Re: DISCUSSION
[. . . but he says nothing about the second part, becuase ha ha ha, always being on the team that people wanted to protect most]
Re: DISCUSSION
[and before he can reply:] Is everyone agreed on those two cards to start?
Re: DISCUSSION
Coco's thinking we should play this one instead of the deage one.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
I'd rather do the least amount of physical damage as possible, but if I'm outnumbered. . .
[light shrug]
